IV All-Russian tournament in traditional archery "Tugan Batyr"
On August 2, a unique sports and cultural project took place in the picturesque territory of the Yelabuga settlement – the IV All-Russian traditional archery tournament “Tugan Batyr”.
The event was attended by representatives of 107 best shooters from Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Perm Krai, Astrakhan, Omsk and Kemerovo regions.
The participants and guests of the tournament were greeted by the head of the Yelabuga municipal district Rustem Nuriyev, the chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan, mufti Kamil Hazrat, the chairman of the executive committee of the World Congress of Tatars Danis Shakirov, the founder of the “Tugan Batyr” project Radik Abdrakhmanov.
The IV All-Russian traditional archery tournament “Tugan Batyr” was implemented using a grant from the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of civil society and with the support of the anti-terrorist commission committee.
