On August 29, 2026, KAZAN's first family animation festival, "TUGAN FEST," will take place in YELMAI Park. It's a celebration of imagination, creativity, native language, and cultural heritage, supported by the YARKO animation studio.
"TUGAN FEST" will bring together children, parents, creative teams, animators, artists, athletes, bloggers, and experts in contemporary animation. Festival guests will be able to explore the world of cartoons and even become part of it: they'll create their own animations, bring their drawings to life with artificial intelligence, participate in sports challenges, and take memorable photos in themed areas.
