🎉Tugan Parade
One of the spectacular events of the festival will be the Tugan Parade. The festive procession will start from Uram Park and will feature:
life-size puppets;
acrobats;
stilt walkers;
artists;
children and parents;
participants in the national costume and cartoon character competition;
Festival guests, families with children, creative groups, and anyone who wants to be part of the vibrant festive procession are welcome to join the parade.
A special place in the parade will be occupied by participants in national costumes and costumes of favorite cartoon characters. This will highlight the main idea of "TUGAN FEST"—the fusion of tradition, modern animation, imagination, and family creativity.
