We are proud to announce that this year the V International Vocal Competition Festival "Balachak" was held, which became a bright event in the cultural life of our region. Particular significance to this event was given by the participation of our partner - the international brand "Tugan Batyr", which supports the development of talented children and youth.

This year we celebrate the "Year of the Defender" - an important date dedicated to the heroes and defenders of the Motherland. As part of this holiday, a special nomination "Tugan Batyr" was organized, where young participants showed their talents, telling poems and prose dedicated to the defenders of the Fatherland. Children shared their works with trepidation and pride, inspiring all those present to good deeds and patriotism.

We express our deep gratitude to the Commission under the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issues of preserving and developing the Tatar language, the World Congress of Tatars for their support and assistance in holding this important event. Your assistance contributes to the development of cultural initiatives and the preservation of national traditions.
